Prohibited conduct
You must not use AMEKA HUB to:
- commit or attempt fraud, create fake transactions or submit false company information;
- impersonate any person or company;
- request, offer or arrange goods or services whose trade is illegal, or breach sanctions or export-control laws;
- obtain, or try to obtain, private supplier contact details without authorisation, or circumvent AMEKA to contact suppliers introduced through AMEKA where that is restricted;
- scrape, harvest or bulk-download data, or access the platform by automated means other than interfaces we provide for that purpose;
- attack, probe or overload the platform, spread malware, or attempt to steal credentials;
- circumvent access controls, rate limits or security measures;
- misuse other people's personal data or upload content you have no right to share.
Enforcement
We may remove content, refuse requests, suspend or close accounts and report unlawful activity to the authorities.
