Agreement
These terms apply to your use of AMEKA HUB at amekahub.com and amekahub.ru. By creating an account you accept them. If you use AMEKA on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind that company.
Accounts
- You must give accurate information and verify your email address before using the service.
- Keep your password secret; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- One company may have several members; each member uses their own account.
Company information and verification
Information you provide about your company must be true and current. Verification labels shown on AMEKA reflect the checks described on the platform at the time they were made; they are not a guarantee of a company's future conduct.
RFQs, sourcing and Market Quotes
- You may submit RFQs, product lists, BOQ and BOM files and requirements.
- A Market Quote is a market-based pricing view prepared from information available to AMEKA. It is not an offer to sell and not a guarantee of future prices.
- Whether a Market Quote request is free or paid is shown before you submit it. You are only charged for a paid request if you explicitly confirm it, and AMEKA then invoices you. During launch periods, eligible requests may be free for a limited time.
Commercial offers
Commercial offers are issued by AMEKA as official documents. An offer binds AMEKA only on the terms, prices and validity stated in it, and only in the version issued to you. Accepting an offer creates the commitments described in it.
Transactions and fees
AMEKA's fees for managed trade and other services are shown before you commit, according to the pricing that applies at that time. Past quotes, offers and transactions keep the pricing that applied when they were made. AMEKA does not currently process payments on the platform.
Trade Assurance
Trade Assurance is provided only on the contractual terms agreed for the specific transaction and is subject to their conditions. It is not an unconditional guarantee.
Documents and content
- You keep ownership of the content and files you upload and grant AMEKA the rights needed to store, process and use them to provide the service.
- Official documents issued by AMEKA are recorded and versioned; only the issued version is valid.
- Do not upload content you are not entitled to share.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, create risk for other users, or where the law requires it. You may close your account at any time; some records are kept as described in the Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
Some services rely on third parties (for example carriers, inspection companies or registries). We are not responsible for services we do not control.
Availability and changes
We work to keep AMEKA available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features and will update these terms when needed, showing the version and effective date.
Disclaimers and liability
AMEKA is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law; see the Disclaimer. To the extent permitted by law, AMEKA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
